Today I climbed Washington Ave. in 3 minutes, 8 seconds. This is, as far as I can know, a PR (personal record), TR (team record), CR (course record), and WR (world record). I paid for my insolent effort with 10 minutes of lung searing pain and an almost-complete loss of my will to live for a good half hour.
Whatever, Washington would have been proud.
